How does virtual design work?
There are many benefits to virtual design. It can help you save time, avoid mistake and save money. It's a really great fit for clients who may have some pieces they love but are struggling to bring the vision together. You can read more about the benefits here or on our blog.
Which one of your services is right for me?
If you're looking for an all virtual experience with shoppable links, then Room by Room is the choice for you. If you want all that Room by Room offers plus a more detailed and tactile experience, then Design Delivered is a great choice. How do your custom services work?
We tailor our custom programs to meet the needs of each client, including budget, timeline and signature styleguide. Not sure what is right for you? Take our Design Questionnaire to help you decide.
What do you mean when you say Signature Style?
This is what we use to describe your individual style. We will create a completely customized style guide to fit you and the kind of home you want. You'll be able to refer back to this guide to make confident design decisions moving forward.
Do I get revisions if I don’t like the design?
Yes! We want every client to love their new space, so each package includes at least one round of revisions.
Is my open concept space one room?
Our policy considers open concept spaces as separate rooms based on usage. For example, an open concept space that includes kitchen, living and dining would be considered three rooms. If you are unsure about your open concept space, we'd be happy to help.
Do you offer services for exterior designs?
We'd be happy to help with a refresh to exterior spaces as part of our custom services. However, we do not offer landscape design at this time.
What are your policies for cancellations and refunds?
It's our goal to provide exceptional service to every client. If you have questions about these or any of our policies, let's chat.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you email us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so we can offer this time to other clients. Failure to provide cancellation notice result in the forfeiture of any refund.
Virtual Design Refunds: If you request a refund before your scheduled consultation or start date, we will gladly process it for you. However, please note that a service fee of 6% will be deducted from your payment to cover processing fees.
Custom Design Refunds or Returns: For details on our refund policy for any service, payment or purchases, please refer to your letter of agreement terms.
What is the policy for shipping and returns for your vintage goods?
Vintage Shop Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the item(s) purchased. We utilize USPS, UPS and DHL as our shipping providers. Our goal is to make shipping as affordable as possible for you.
Vintage Shop Returns: Full-price items are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend shipping your item via a traceable shipping method to ensure that it safely makes it’s way back to us. To start a return, email us.
